Terms of service
Effective June 16, 2026
By signing up for or using RFP engine, you agree to these terms. They govern the relationship between you (or the organization you represent) and Saibble (Sara Sheikh LLC), the operator of the service.
1. The service
RFP engine is a multi-tenant SaaS application for procurement intelligence and proposal generation. We provide the application; you provide the content (uploaded documents, capability profile, drafts) and the personnel using it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activity under your account.
Each plan includes a defined seat count. Sharing a single login across multiple users violates these terms. Add seats under your plan if you need to invite teammates.
3. Acceptable use
You may not (a) reverse engineer the service, (b) attempt to access another tenant's data, (c) upload content you don't have the rights to, or (d) use the service to build a competing product.
We do not permit uploading classified or controlled unclassified information (CUI) at this time. FedRAMP Moderate authorization is on the roadmap for the Team tier.
4. Content ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant Saibble a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.
We do not train AI models on your content. AI inference providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) are bound by zero-retention terms — your content is not retained by them past the API call.
5. Fees and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months unless required by law.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime but do not currently offer a service-level agreement at the Solo or Boutique tiers. The Team tier's SLA is set in a separate addendum.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saibble's total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost contract awards.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate your account for material breach of these terms with 30 days written notice, or immediately for security or legal reasons.
9. Data processing
Our handling of personal data on your behalf is governed by the Data Processing Addendum, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. The DPA sets out our processor obligations, sub-processor list, security measures, breach notification, and international transfer mechanism.
10. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Saibble against third-party claims arising from (a) your content infringing or misappropriating intellectual property rights, (b) your violation of these terms or applicable law, or (c) your use of the service in a way these terms prohibit. We will defend and indemnify you against third-party claims that the service itself, used in accordance with these terms, infringes a U.S. patent, copyright, or trade secret — subject to the limitation of liability in Section 7.
11. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside its reasonable control (e.g., acts of nature, war, civil unrest, government action, utility outage, or upstream provider outage). The affected party will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute is resolved in the state or federal courts of Collin County, Texas, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be sent to account-owner email addresses at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Entire agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Addendum, and any signed order form, are the entire agreement between you and Saibble regarding the service. They supersede any prior agreements on the same subject. No variation or assignment is effective unless agreed in writing.
